My Brother in Law, accomplished something I couldnt have done LOL...
He busted a piece for the shower! Apparently there is a fitting with two O-rings, and he broke it in half... Now, the tub works for baths, but the shower nozzle is off... Long as no one hits that 'button', so that it doesnt shoot up, everything is ok.
He is trying to JBWeld it.. For his sake, I hope it works, mainly because 'someone' is going to hit that button (I just know it)...and thats going to be a real pain....

She was visiting our factory with her dad, who was checking some utility in the building. While he spoke with our VP-Operations, she politely interrupted me at my desk and asked what exactly we built. Thrilled to find a young person interested in something other than listening to their earbuds, I walked her over to our product display counter and showed her examples of the subassemblies we built for other manufacturers.

She grew more excited than she could contain, and began burbling...

Faith.

We are told to have faith.

We are to told to have a belief in something without having proof. It sorta defies logic, right?

Then the next answer is, that's why it's called faith.

Mildly frustrating at best, infuriating at worst.

I wanna have faith, I think every human at some point subscribes to it. Once the machine has safely taken our dollar, and as we punch in the numbers and the ticket comes out...... there is a brief moment...
