I went to exercise today, and my Wife had a 'wonderful idea'... Since everyone is so concerned about me doing 1000 abdominal crunches on the machine, she suggested that I do only half in one sitting and then go on to other machines and get back and do the other half later.

Well, that part didnt phase out too well. I sweat a lot, and need a lot of water to replace it, because I have 'dry mouth' when I exercise, and thus, I need to get my water from the water fountain.

Every so often, I get these wild thoughts about specialty restaurants and wonder just what I'd do with them. Previously, I did a blog on what specific type of eatery I would run if an opportunity came about. And, of course, I picked a barbecue joint and gave you my menu choices.

We had a up and down day in the bond market yesterday. Lender rate sheets were slightly worse at the open of trading. As the day moved along, mortgage backed securities began to rally as stocks moved lower which allowed some lenders to reprice for the better. Right at 2pm, we received a report on the U.S. monthly deficit which showed we had a larger deficit in January 2011 then we did in January 2010. Following this report, stocks moved off their lows pulling money away from the bond market...
