This is the stuff that can only be made in Texas. H-E-B grocery stores have been the main go-to for folks in a big chunk of the state of Texas, most notably Midland, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, as well as the central and southern parts of the state.

I'd rather that the following snippet of my life be used to endorse a restaurant and not put it down. One of the three times I decided to stop at Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble Falls, Texas, and ran into a strange predicament.

So far I still haven't moved to the other lot BUT...that's because I've been looking for a better and larger trailer to live in and I think I found one.

I found a 1984 36ft 5th wheel that has been completely redone inside. My mom has loaned me money so I can buy it which means I'll be paying her back in July and August. This means I'm probably going to become reacquainted with the food bank. lol

We're supposed to pick the trailer up this Monday and there's so much that...
