I can see it for married/partnered folk but do single people living alone really prefer WFH?
I've had it with government employees supposedly "working" from home. They don't have whatever they need to be competent. Get vaccinated and and get back to work or retire.
Now the big work load for a lot of labor law firms who defend the employers is the employers who want staff vaccinated and returning to work at the office and you have those that for religious or medical reasons say they can’t …
My son said courts are now putting a time limit on those cases …they are saying that in cases where the employee can work from home they are only getting extended time frames where they can still wfh for a while but not open ended and eventually they will have to seek employment elsewhere or comply.
In the end the employers dictate what they want and the conditions of your employment
Somethings have changed …at the company I do some work for they are offering sign on bonuses for lower end employees….I never saw them ever do that ….they are also paying top dollar for top talent …
But that does not apply to the masses where pay is competitive but not top dollar unless you are what is considered best of breed in the industry.
Those who won’t work at the office and only want to work from home are out
Dude's whole family did very well for themselves, which is awesome and I'm definitely not the one to ever fault successful people, but most of his posts don't apply to the typical forum poster even remotely.
They actually do but the typical forum poster has little knowledge about anything financial so they fail to recognize most of what I discuss even applies to them nor do they care …
And so they complain about the dealer instead of learning to play the cards they are dealt
