twin.spin,

In spite of your protests and even bringing the venerable Porky Pig into this, God's witness is true. He is not a human that He should lie.

"God will have all mankind to be saved . . . for . . . Christ gave Himself a ransom for all" (1 Timothy 2:4-6).

All who are ransomed are all who must be freed.

If you have verses against this, then you are misunderstanding your verses.

Notice also that those who speak out against God and what His goal is for all mankind try to paint God as a horrible Being.

Did Paul think it was O.K. to do what those who believe in eternal torment do? No.
Did Paul teach that it was O.K. to do all twin.spin says it's O.K. to do if one believes God will save all? No.
So why does twin.spin bring these things up even though he knows we don't believe it is O.K. to do those things? Because he doesn't really have a viable answer to God's truth where God believes He will save all mankind.

But will all those things twin.spin brings up keep God from His goal to save all? No. Mankind cannot undo what God has done through His Son ransoming all mankind.

Mankind can't earn salvation.
Mankind can't undo what God has accomplished through His Son.

All humans are neutral recipients of two men: Adam and Christ (Romans 5:18,19).

Notice in Romans 5:18,19 that God does not require anything from humans to get what they will get due to what Christ did. Notice this also in 1 Timothy 2:4-6; 4:10,11; Col.1:20; 1 Cor.15:22-28 etc..

American atheists, Japanese, Thais, the Brittish, Chinese, ect. are not rejecting any gift. We simply don't believe it exists. There's a big difference and if I deserve to be tortured forever because I simply don't believe something, then it's a pretty cruel system.

Just because you refuse to admit its true does not make it any less true. It is rejection. You have no excuse.

But it takes faith to beleive God concerning this. If you don't, it is just that you aren't supposed to get it . . . yet.
Jesus shed blood covers ALL - 1st John 1 v 7
But ALL will Not accept Jesus and that is why Matthew [ 20 v 28 ] mentions Jesus ransom covers MANY not all.
So, Jesus did give himself as a ransom for ALL [ 1st Tim.] that is 'all types' or 'all sorts' of people.
Jesus was not partial but willingly died for all. So, all men who repent will Not perish.- 2nd Peter 3 v 9; John 3 v 16

Romans [ 5 v 19 ] also mentions MANY being made righteous.
The humble 'sheep' of Matthew chapter 25 are declared righteous, but Not the haughty 'goats'

1st Cor. 15 vs 20, 22,23 those in Christ will be resurrected [made alive ] as firstfruits. -Rev. 20 v 6
The setting for verse 24 is at the end of God's kingdom of a thousand years.
At that 'thousand-year end' is when everyone alive on earth will be 'all in all' because all the wicked will be no more.
All the wicked will be destroyed forever according to Psalm 92 v 7.
What happens to those of Hebrews 6 vs 4-6 ?____________

Colossians 1 vs 20, 23. Please notice in verse 23 is the word "IF". 'If' one continues.... Those who do Not continue are Not part of the all things of verse 20.

Ephesians 1 vs 9,10 mentions the 'fullness of times' or that would be the completed millennial end time when Jesus hands back God's kingdom to God according to 1st Cor. 15 v 24. The holy ones or saints being in heaven, and the humble meek who inherit the earth are all gathered accordingly. Whereas the wicked destroyed forever.-Psalm 92 v 7

1 Timothy 2:4-6; 4:10,11; Romans 5:18,19; 1 Corinthians 15:22-28; Col.1:20; Eph.1:9,10

that's because really I protest over verses like:
John 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will
not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.

Romans 2:5
But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart,
you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath,
when his righteous judgment
will be revealed.

Ephesians 5:6
Let no one deceive you with empty words,
for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient.

Revelation 14:10
they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full
strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence
of the holy angels and of the Lamb.
and if these were the truth ... then God is so unfair.

I spend a few months each year in China and occasionally Japan. There sure are a lot of people in those countries who have no excuse and in your eyes, deserve to be tortured forever. Any ideas as to why almost everyone in those countries "reject" this gift?

Just out of curiosity, what was the purpose of Christ preaching to the spirits of those who were disobedient just before the Flood and who were then "in prison?"
