That an element of the people who believed in the Way thought that following their traditional rules was the correct interpretation of the Way is manifest. That it is true is not so evident. NO Law can be perfect, but the INTENT of the Law is, and it is fulfilled in the "New Commandment" that overrides the letters of Law that bind you.

Dear friends, I am not writing you a new command but an old one, which you have had since the beginning. This old command is the message you have heard.

Apparently you people either don't read or can't understand and absorb explanations no matter how often they are given. Here John even acknowledged that the "New Commandment" that Jesus gave before His crucifixion was not really new, but then goes on to say, " 8Then again, I am also writing you a new commandment, which is true in Him and also in you. For the darkness is fading and the true light is already shining. 9If anyone claims to be in the light but hates his brother, he is still in the darkness." And the point remains that the New Commandment is only "new" in that it is now the basis for the "New Covenant." Of course you don't believe the New Covenant because you need to keep the old one for the sake of your religion and your pride.

Amazing how people can just gloss over that, isn't it? Peace
Yup, where you been? I wanted to tell you, a good place to study the feasts is with Eddie Chumney. I just type in his name on Google and look up any feasts. I don't completely agree with everything he says but it's hard to find better.
