Can we move Delaware's handsome (and modestly scaled) state capitol complex to Bowling Green? I think the countryside around the latter has it all over what's around Dover, but Delaware's 1930s Georgian Revival capitol trio (the centerpiece is simply called Legislative Hall) ranks near the top of my list of favorite state capitol buildings (also on this list: Ohio's at the top, Maryland's oldest state capitol in the country second, Delaware third, Massachusetts fourth, Louisiana's and Nebraska's Art Deco buildings tied for fifth). And those Delaware buildings sit facing a cute-as-all-get-out town square.
Let's pair a different Delaware destination off against a rival:

Rehoboth Beach, Del., or Myrtle Beach, S.C.?
Rehoboth Beach DE for me. Myrtle Beach is a larger metro region but Rehoboth beach is just better and a lot nicer IMO. Plus the boardwalk is a little less touristy and has more of a homey feel.
Florida is too overpopulated now and more subject to storms
That's why I asked about Gainesville in particular,as it is considered more central and less subject to the brunt of the coastal storms.
