Richmond. Punches well above its weight, while Baltimore punches below its weight.

Although I like Cleveland's urbanity, I'd choose Houston for its weather, access to gulf beaches, diversity, and overall amenities.

Columbia, MO or Columbia, SC?

Columbia, MO or Columbia, SC?
Columbia, SC. Congaree's bald cypress swamps, very close to Greenville, Charleston, Charlotte, Savannah, and Hilton Head. Better weather than Missouri.

Irvine, CA or Virginia Beach?

Irvine, I could live in SoCal, I really didn't like VA Beach.

Ocean City, MD or Rehoboth Beach, DE?

Rehoboth Beach. Ocean City is one high-rise condo tower on the beach after another. Rehoboth is more human-scaled. (And it has a better LGBT scene.)

Des Moines, Iowa, or Omaha, Neb.?
