D'oh! I think my KSU team has under estimated our esteemed Jayhawk rivals.

KU 13 - KSU 7 Oh well, still in the first quarter.

That sounds good. Mine is lazy chili. Brown hamburger meat and add a can of chili con carne with jalapenos. Feel the burn!

UPDATE!

Tied at 14!! What a game!

It should be an interesting game! Tech has played OU tough over the past several years, no doubt, but I just have a feeling that the Sooners will bounce out of that mental haze they've been having and start playing up to their full potential again, probably starting today! As a result, this game today really scares me!

OU has always been a multiple miggs type personality. You never know which team is going to show up. But when they get it together, they can be pretty dominating.

KSU 56- KU 16 with 6 minutes to go.

Memo to the Big 12 conference: There's a great new invention out there that you outta try. It's called a defense! Yet again, I see another SEC team winning the NC because nobody in this conference can play defense and that's the SEC's forte. What a sobering though.

I am fairly certain that the Mountaineers of WVU are "fitting in" to the Big XII..a great game for Geno Smith and the team. A few "blips" to liven things up....but, Mounties fans are happy today. Hopefully no couch burning in Morgantown last night..
Also, impressive clock management at the end.

Hard to believe our Texas coaches did so poorly last night, not to mention how the once-vaunted deefense still hasn't learned to tackle.

The 'Neers outplayed & outcoached us last night.

The several visiting fans I interacted with before the game said they really were enjoying the trip, and of course were so surprised that their team actually made some big time defensive plays to win the game.

Oh well, Geno ain't gonna be there next year and we only lose 1 guy from the offense.

Brown oughta fire Diaz - he's given up 115 points in the last 3 games! Muschamp never did that.

One thing for sure, it was a heckuva exciting game & well worth the $95 tickets even though the newcomers messed with Texas.

Congrats to WVU.

West Virginia certainly impressed me last night! Geno Smith lived up to the hype I've been hearing about him and Buie had an incredible game as well. Dana Holgorsen did an outstanding job of coaching that game last night! Dana was Mike Leach's Offensive Coordinator at Texas Tech for a while and of course revamped Ok State's offense as well. I know Dana is a great play caller but he's also proving that he's a skilled head coach. Anyway, congratulations to the Mountaineers! Tech is going to have their hands full when WV comes to Lubbock next weekend.

Yes, the tackling was really a shame. I can't believe (stunned actually) that WV ran on the Horns like that. Of course I was expecting WV to throw the ball some, but the dominating running game? I was not expecting that. The amped up WV run game threw my prediction (28-24) out the window.

Plus, you guys got the game changing play at the end and, with all the millions of dollars swirling around that program you don't have a good placeholder and kicker to make a routine field goal? They probably have a better kicker at Austin High School they could dress for the game. As the elite program at the top of the Big XII along with the Sooners, that is unacceptable.

On a brighter note, Red River Shootout coming up. Sooners were Kings of the Southwest last year. Who will it be this year? Depends on which Sooner team shows up, I'm guessing.

Not only did WVU outrun Texas, but they did it without Shawn Alston.

WVU had to play a running game, because they were expecting WVU to throw the ball most of the game, and planned accordingly.

Our special teams sucks.
