I think they need to speed up the CT long term Rail network plans , this just seems to be getting worse and worse. Your really lucky that the New Haven line takes 115,000 people off I-95....

It was still nasty @7:00 last night.

The final week of public school is always a hell week for the P.M. commute. Next week will be better. The weeks that follow will be even better, until school resumes again.

Another accident on the Parkway northbound between exits 52-53. Supposedly it involved 3-5 cars with a possible rollover, and "patient" lying on the roadway.

It's not terrible today but traffic did start early. 3pm today was like 5-6pm on any other day. Lots of half days.

Got out of work late tonight, it was clear sailing up 95N at 8:30ish. There was a police car stopped in the right most lane in Stamford at that time. He was out talking to some guy who looked like he was trying to walk along the right "shoulder" which is very minimal. It was on a curve so you don't realize he was stopped in a driving lane until you're right there. It was quite dangerous, hope they didn't get hit.

Just sad...Just sickening. All I wanted to do was go to Stamford to get information on something. I hit a point in Darien where it came to a stop..I didnt want to chance it so I got off and turned around throwing my hands in the air. . Litterally puts your stomach in knots.

Saturday at 2pm and I cant even travel around the area freely. No rain, No accidents

And as Im driving on Post road I noticed a new condo going up right on post road in Darien. Yeah, thats great...put another 50 people on that road. !!!

Cam, I never see major traffic issues on Merritt on weekends.... Aside from an accident. I stay away from 95 on weekends myself. Maybe you can do that?
