That's been closed or in the process of closing. Add in and not sure I haven't dealt with Adolescents in the Hartford area for 2 year's. However, if I recall weren't taking adolescent psych children they went to Waterbury.

Anyways I think Cheshire Juvi is still open.

No, the juvenile delinquents will go to the Hartford juvie, according to the article.

I can't tell if this will make it easier to kick kids out of Bassick and Harding because they won't be the city's problem anymore or if it will make it harder because there will be less space to put them in.

Hartford, New Haven, Waterbury, Bridgeport kids in one detention = overcrowding and craziness.
