I'm watching the assault on BBC now. There are reports that a woman blew herself up at the start of the raid.
I'm hearing that
- at least 5 police are injured
- 1 police dog shot and killed
- 2 deaths with a 3rd unconfirmed
- 5 arrested
- at least 7 explosions heard
- police checking for booby traps in apartment
- no civilian deaths
- shops & schools closed, transport suspended
- 50 soldiers on scene as well
Unconfirmed report of at least 1 attacker still held up in apartment
Edit: Unconfirmed report from France24 that the raid was conducted because they learned another attack was being planned for France business district
On the same page, hacker group Anonymous claims to have taken down over 5000 ISIS recruiting accounts. No action by the governments or Twitter in the three years plus that ISIS has been around.
But it does not change that the majority of us do not follow any religious leader. That many (actually most) do not recognize sectarianism. A person who says he is Muslim is accepted as Muslim, no qualify adjective before the name of Muslim.
True it does no good for me to keep repeating it, but I believe my repetition is needed for answers to specific statements or questions.
Like all Muslims I speak only for myself. No one will ever know what each Muslim believes or follows unless you ask every Muslim. Like all people some of us are peaceful and some of us are violent. None of us have the ability to change that.

Excellent. This needs to be a World War. The dark forces that are prevalent in Islamic countries need to be erased. We've been putting up with this nonsense for long enough. We in the civilized world can all agree on that at least.

If thats the case the Syrian conflict wouldnt exist at all. ( If the majority sect allowed a Minority sect to rule the nation)
And by the way, the only candidate who would handle this properly and pursue destruction of this non-human anti-life dark savage detritus would be Donald Trump. The rest would offer mealy mouthed pusillanimous "we need to be sensitive to the nice people who are not like that" BS. While not all practitioners of this religion are dark, at the moment, it is a fact that one religion in the world is producing 90% of the terror. And that needs to be dealt with by the civilized world.
But they all support terrorists and the war against the non Muslim world either actively or passively
IMO, the ONLY way we will win the war on Isis, is if peaceful Muslims start helping. They HAVE to start ratting out the terrorists and anything they see or hear, even family members or friends.
IMO, it is like a bunch of kids standing around in a circle watching a bully beating up a kid. They are JUST as guilty by standing by and doing nothing.
