Dang it!!! Had a long post written and the stinking dog walked on the key board and I have no idea where it went!! Grrrr!!!

Oh well.... We got about 4 inches of rain over the last two days. All's good here, just muddy..but at least it turned cold. Yea!! No camping this year. The stars just didn't line up this time.

Hubby put the Christmas tree up last night. Hope to get it decorated Monday night on our weekly dinner night with my daughter.

Love getting the decorations out. I have a few of my mom's but I have a favorite that a dear sweet friend gave me a while back.

Did I tell you guys my daughter's getting married? No idea where or when but just might be here! I think I just may need some more gin... Some time in January is all she said.

Flamingo, glad to hear your getting out. Your life will settle soon.

Ketbcha, I know you know how precious time with your mom is. Glad your getting to have it.

TFW, the only table food my little dogs ever get is a tiny bit of turkey at Thanksgiving. You are blessed to have Queenie still with you. I say give her all the treats she wants!

Hubby's at work and I'm curled up on the couch with both dogs wrapped up in a blanket, watching a fire. It may be an electric fire but it's still cozy.

I'm sending a big warm hug out to all of you. Wish we were closer.

Wow, Camper, congrats on your daughter getting married! What a wonderful time you'll have preparing for the wedding. And how cool that you just finished your remodeling.

Stay warm, Camper and everyone else. Hope everyone can be like Camper and enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend cuddled up with your two-or-four-legged buddies.

OMG, it's raining again in Ketabcha's area. I cant believe how much rain that area has gotten this year. Stay safe, Ketabcha -- and anyone in the way of Winter Storm Cara.

Arghhh...suffering from bad sinus infection. First time I've been out of bed today. Poor Queenie had to wait until now to be fed and let out.

I hope you get to feeling much better very soon, TFW.

Thanks, Ketabcha and Flamingo! I finally dragged myself out of bed this afternoon and drove to the drug store to pick up a script. Had so many things go wrong in such a short period of time that I'm wanting to crawl back into bed.
