18 hour fast yesterday. And realized that Sunday's time change means that was actually just a 17 hour fast - doh! All good. 16+ is always a win!

18 hour fast yesterday. Didn't make the 20 hour mark after all, but that chocolate peanut butter RxBar was SO worth it!

Probably only 17 hours today, I forgot to eat dinner early given today's lunch plans....

Usual 23 hr. fast, but lost another pound. Have felt really hungry late in the evening the last two days. My practice is to acknowledge the hunger, sort of observe it, but not to act on it.

Getting harder to do this under the stressors I've got going on now, business, personal and professional. Really sometimes want a glass of wine, pasta and desert. Those things are fine, but not as a regular habit.

I've skipped eating on Fridays the last couple of weeks with great results, so I'm staying the course.
We'll see what happens tomorrow morning.

Just be aware that once you reach a certain level of fat loss, you will lose muscle. It doesn't have to be that extreme at least not to the point of it being detrimental.

This way of eating (IF) changes your outlook on food from "live to eat" to "eat to live" That's not necessarily a bad thing. The good thing is that it becomes easy, cravings disappear.

Yeah, and normally I do quite a bit of riding, swimming and weight lifting. But the degenerative osteoarthritis has caused I guess some damage in my neck, and I injured myself. I hate to keep running to the doctor with these very minor complaints, but muscle tone is important and hard to maintain if you can't exercise.

36 hr fast ongoing...
And it's a new record... 186.3 lbs.

On 2/23 I weighed 192.2 lbs. That's nearly 6 lbs. in just 3 weeks.
This Cheap Chicken eating thing really works. I've almost doubled my losing rate.
I see now why bodybuilders and fitness models eat a lot of chicken.

17 hour fast yesterday. I had a pulled pork sandwich on a lettuce bun for lunch yesterday - flippin' delicious! Yum....

Should be at least a 19 hour fast today, maybe longer depending how long the wait is at the Cheesecake factory.
