Do we really have 40 pages of discussion on "Mitt gave some kid a wedgy in prep school"?

ask americans how important this is to them on a scale of 1 to 10.

this election isn't going to be decided on whether obama smoked pot or picked on a fat girl, or romney insulted and cut someone's hair 40 years ago. (or whatever it is they are both accused of doing).

americans are concerned about the economy, hanging onto their homes (american home ownership is falling), and the still dwindling labor participation rate:

Bureau of Labor Statistics Data

the media is stupid if they think that people are going to vote on these secondary issues (even gay marriage) when the entire future of the economy and the country is at stake.

This comes after one source for the story, a man the Washington Post says has “long been bothered” by the incident, said he wasn’t even present and had no idea it had happened until the Post contacted him.

More at link.

Fox showed the statement from the family but I've not be able to find it online.
Sounds like this thread is BS

Is that really what you think holding someone down and cutting their hair is analagous to?

To me it sounds more like what happened to certain people in WWII era Germany. Groups of thugs grabbing people and forcibly cutting hair and/or shaving heads has been used as a tool to denigrate and shame people for a long time.

To act like this was just a harmless prank or even mild hazing is ridiculous. It was a violent assault.

I really don't care if Romney "bullied" someone 47 years ago. Nor do I care if Obama smoked weed and did other drugs in school. I would have hung out with Obama and gotten baked before class; he was wealthy and probably got some good s***.

Had me til you said Obama was wealthy in school. Obama was living on student loans.

But, yeah, with the connections he probably had in Hawaii and Indonesian he was problem getting some great stuff.

Who called Romney a Nazi? However, there is no dispute that he in at least one instance emulated some of their tactics.

Where do you think Romney came up with the idea to forcibly cut someone's hair? You have to be a sick freak to even come up with something like that.

Yeah, no one has ever gotten their hair cut before the Nazis.
