Rubio has one win and demands others to leave the race so he can win. That's like asking every athelete at the Olympics to leave so you can win as you otherwise have no chance.

Sounds kind of ridiculous and even a small guy as Napoleon didn't ask people to leave...he conquered and showed how small guys can be great. Rubio showed up late to make a big win and in Florida he is a no show at work and you can't win by not showing up for work. Time for Rubio to admit he is not having what is needed.

Maybe the Dems saw the writing on the wall with Hillary and decided not to vote and the GOP needed to ensure the radical fringe didn't win.

thanks all of you for keeping us informed. Some of us were long asleep when these results started piling in. The interesting thing: It appears something went wrong, didn't we hear from every news media, from papers to TV specialists, Trump would win either every race or all but one?

It would figure. Hill is already the presumptive nominee but the donald is very polarizing figure so turnout should be higher. Some want don and many are desperate to stop him.

Primaries really just about whether there are any strong contests.
In 2012 Obama only got 6 mil votes in the primaries, massively down from 18 mil from 2008, but he still won the GE.

2012 was uncontested. Thats why we look at 2008.

Unless he flubs it, I dont see Trump failing at this point.
Remember if he doesn't get enough delegates to win on the first ballot he is through and there are a lot of Republicans that are looking for this to happen. Trump was even seen as the possible winner in Texas according to polls. That is what many are us are talking about. He lost Texas, Minn. Ok and Alaska. To me, this says he isn't as strong as it appears. No one is saying he isn't doing well or that it is likely anyone will come close to catching him. You may want to also think of the candidates that are staying in: It is pretty certain if and when one or more drops out they will through their support to anyone other than Trump, with the exception of Carson. He is a mystery.

Trump would be up by 300 delegates if it was winners takes all but don't worry those states are coming in March 15th to June.

tell me a big state with winners takes all delegates that Cruz will win?......Florida? Ohio? Pennsylvania? Michigan? New York? New Jersey? Arizona? Indiana? Illinois? Wisconsin? North Carolina?
Not according to the polls and according to things even you were saying going into last night.
