Trump could not even get above 40% in Breitbart's poll which had some really questionable crosstabs (Trump with 12% of black vote, for one).

Self id =/= voter registration. So no, they did not over sample Democrats. People were saying the same about Quinnipiac because it had them split 50/50 in Nevada, when Nevada has way more Democrats than Republicans. Pollsters weight by a variety of factors but no pollster weights by voter id or even registration.
