no one i know is trying to block the recounts, if they were it would be all over the news night and day saying trump is trying to steal the election, and since that isnt happening, i suspect you are making things up.
however i am sure that trump has lawyers in the courts to protect hi rights under the law.
Read the news please Just because you are uninformed doesn't mean I'm making things up.
so in other words, trump is protecting his rights under the law.would you rather any candidate just roll over and let people steam roll them? then you would complain that trump has no backbone. at this point however, these recounts are an expensive exercise in frivolity, you know it, trump knows it, stein and hillary know it, and so do the states in question.
The big question is, who would come out of the House selection process as the President? Does anyone really think they would get a majority to pick Trump? Don't forget that none of the Democrats would vote for him. There would be a lot of contention among the Republicans and they might divide into non-reconcilable factions. One side of them might have to draw in the Democrats to win. And you know their candidate would have to be very moderate, to get their cooperation.
This is the naive and wishful thinking of some people here, still living in their make believe little dream world liberal bubble. Reality is never an issue with some people nor lack of knowledge.
Not really. Some of the language in the Constitution is dense and somewhat archaic (that's why people always talk about original intent, see "Militia").
How the House elects a President is minutiae and isn't really taught in high school Government classes because it isn't tested in the required exit exams developed by Pearson for those states which have them.
