What do you mean by "pay more?" Pay more what? To whom?

It's time to stop talking about who won the nationwide popular vote, because that is totally meaningless, and I have told you this before. You don't learn. We do not vote as a "block" in a nationwide presidential election. We are 50 sovereign states, plus D.C., and we vote as such. Trump won the popular vote in more states than Hillary did, and that's why he will be our President. In fact, it wasn't even close. He won in a "landslide" winning about 2/3 of the states. That is a huge victory.

You need to take a Constitution course and learn about our Constitution, and how our system works before spouting off with nonsensical and idiotic comments based only on your personal, uninformed notions.

Ha, ha! Funny. But, of course, it has nothing to do with money. Where this guy gets these twisted, weird notions boggles the mind. I think he just makes this stuff up on the fly.

I'm going to reiterate the per capita spending is only one variable in a very complex calculation.

Getting back to NM which always tops these lists I've mentioned Sandia National lab.

Population of NM : 2 million

Sandia National lab Budget: 2.4 Billion
Los Alamos budget: 2.2 billion

Per capita spending in NM for these two facilities: $2300

Per capita spending if you moved them to California: $118

Just to add White Sands Missile range is another federal installation located there with a massive budget and there is some other smaller installations.

He needs to go to his "safe place" with a nice hot cup of cocoa and suck his thumb.

What??? What is Trump "whining" about? He's not. Where are you getting that from? He is celebrating his victory, as well he should. He might be jeering at people like Jill Stein (she deserves all the jeers and jabs aimed at he ...she's a fool), and taking jabs at the press, but he's whining about nothing.

Again ...you need to study our Constitution and our government. All states are represented based on the same formula. Every state has two Senators (this is by design, because they are the State's representative, not the people's) and a number of Representatives according to population. This is why the House is called "the people's house."

I would suggest you quit posting on politics, which you know nothing about, until you take some courses in American history and American government, which you've apparently never had.

The electoral college has been a part of the voting system for over 2 centuries. Why all of a sudden does it need to be changed? It works. Our government was built on check and balances. The electoral college is one of these and it prevents a dictatorship.
