I'm still not going to fault the Russians. This plane was in Ukrainian airspace and the responsibility of Ukraine. Kiev started this war, not the Russians or the rebels. The rebels did not mean to shoot MH-217 down. If Russia sent the BUK to help the rebels all the better.
The so called "investigation" for some reason is concentrating on who made that missile which shot the plane, Western mass media keep shouting "it's Russian made, Russian made..", yes it is, so what?
I guess that's CIA ask - to transform the investigation into another political show.
The sane approach would be to investigate how come the plane was SUDDENLY allowed to fly over a known war zone, while several flights right before it were diverted.
Any guess who allowed the plane to fly there? Ukrainian air controllers, which still refuse to explain WHY.

There were no reasons to close a corridor for a civil aviation, because Ukrainian troops did not threaten to its safety.

Its a lie - the first fight on Donbas happened 13 april 2014 from the armed capture of administrative building of Sloviansk the group of citizens of Russia at the head with officer of FSB Girkin.

Yes, that Girkin who later shot down MH-17

War was started in February 2014 on the Maidan.

April 13th you've said?

But this is April 9th, when the "new democratic government of Ukraine" is already sending tanks to the South-East of Ukraine, ( the regions that voted for the legitimate president,) and the locals are trying to stop those tanks with their bare hands.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZeO-WmQVFg

and this is March 20th - you can already see that the South-Eastern part of the country is treated like an enemy under attack of the occupational forces on the orders coming from Kiev.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6Ni...g&spfreload=10

and on and on you can see that the "new democratic government" in Kiev acts as occupational forces towards the South-Eastern part of the country.

So no, it's not just "Girkin and Russians" - you can see the civil war in the making, (not to mention that the first law that the "democratic government" issued was about the Russian language being deprived of the official state status))

Wadyms post is just insane babbling. Kiev simply could have talked, what did they do? Sent tanks. They got to look tough for the investors or what?

Here's Porkochunko himself in all his glory.

Civis. I still don't have a clear idea of where the TELAR came from. All they gave for evidence of it coming from Russia was the phone conversation where they say it "'crossed the line", assuming from Russia.

I also want to know who was driving it.

Ukraine will get back its lands and come out victorious in the end. And Russia will pay in an international tribunal or be slapped with more aggressive, sectoral sanctions.

All this dying and destruction is difficult to watch. But things could be worse. I mean these Russian-sponsored gangsters could have went and conquered Sloviansk and Mariupol, they were close to doing so. Read up what happened between 2014 and 2015 if you don't believe me. Thankfully the Ukrainian army acted quickly and rescued these cities from the so-called "Novorossiya" virus. Actually, this could be said about Kharkiv, which almost got caught off guard by the Russian propaganda bulldozer.

Because of that, my good friend from America who left Kharkiv back in 2010 was able to return, see her mother, etc. So this is a perfect, positive example of a good thing that came out of these Ukrainian victories. Sadly, those who have families left in Donetsk and Luhansk can't say the same thing about themselves.

.
May be in the after life, keep dreaming.
Who should really pay for making 2 Slavic nations hate and kill each other is CIA, which has been planning all this bloody mess for years, sponsoring Ukrainian extremists and bribing local politicians.
