Don't get me wrong. I'm a former medical Sergeant in the Finnish army and I've seen dead people, a murderer and from pictures all horrors wars can create: Bosnian children with their legs blown off, Africans with their guts all over the place, Khmer Rouge with their brains blown out, lost limbs, women and children lying in pools of blood, whatever. I won't ever forget those pictures or real life scenes, but some burned people in a building don't create any feelings, as I just can't.
And as I've seen it, I definitely don't hope it for anyone, but if people response to violence with violence these things will happen again. Maybe tomorrow. And it's disgusting.
I've said some anti-Russian comments in this thread, but I definitely don't want anyone to die, pro Russian or anti Russian, as if I could manage the corpse, I couldn't take the sorrow of the family.
I'm heading out there in less than a weeks time. Will let y'all know how things are. If violence has spread to Kiev in that period, I'll defer travel. However, I don't anticipate Kiev will be directly impacted. That would mean all out assault and a lot of stupid decision in rapid succession in 5 days.
How about the Russians? Yes, of course, they were completely innocent.
What "Russians?"
Is it Putin's soldiers who are getting killed now or is it citizens of Ukraine?
And if they are citizens of Ukraine, then it brings the point across; you can have coups and revolutions, but they bring civil wars with them, although inconveniently so. So a lot of people in the South-East are not happy with the new government; why should Russia "use its influence" and tell them to "shut up" as the West is trying to dictate it?
Because the West already has calculated how much money it can make on Ukraine and where it can bring NATO troops?
When Russia gives moral/military support to those in South-Eastern regions, it's because those two are connected by blood ties and common Russian history.
What ties the US/EU have to those regions other than potential profits?
How long before Putin grabs more Ukrainian land in the name of protecting "Russians"?
Now-now, be patient.
First America will have to put its signature on these killings in the South-East, the seal of approval so to speak, while Putin will go the "official rout" first, and his steps will look to the world as far more legitimate than American escapades during latest attempts of "liberation and democratization" elsewhere.
Only after that we'll see what will happen.
So the rooster has yet to crow couple of times.

Right Sector follow orders of SBU, they admitted it, that's why the police didn't interfered.
