Note By Vladimir Zykov. Anti-Russian sanctions are not for the owners, they are for the lackeys, right?

According to the results of the first quarter of 2020, the growth of trade turnover between Russia and the United States amounted to 11.1%, export deliveries increased by 24.9%. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of industry and trade following a meeting of the head of the Department Denis Manturov with the us Ambassador to Russia John Sullivan, the leadership of the Us-Russian business Council and representatives of the US business community.

There’s also a lot of propaganda in western countries, but it doesn’t come close to what you’d find in Russia, let alone a place like China.
Russians have been living under intense propaganda for over a hundred years, its going to take a long time before they become 'enlightened', I don't even think its any better in Russia than it is in China, of course North Korea really 'takes the biscuit'! There have been a couple of interesting documenteries about modern Russia over the last couple of years. If you can try and watch Reggie Yates Extreme Russia, he is a young black English TV presenter who visits Russia and it goes to show that Russian mentality is still in many ways stuck in the 1950's. Its interesting to see.

I believe it's yet another piece of Western propaganda, because if anything, Russian "mentality" is still stuck in the 90ies, not 1950ies.

And unless the West will start talking about what took place then, in post-Soviet Russia, with plundering of the country and exporting capital to Great Britain ( among other places,) the rest is Western propaganda as far as I am concerned, sorry.

Its not propaganda, perhaps you should watch the program before making any comments no? There is another travel documentary by another young English presenter called Simon Reeve, its simply called Russia with Simon Reeve, you should watch that too. Both Reggie Yates and Simon Reeve have done similar travel documentaries about their travels in other parts of the world also. I think both documentaries are pretty 'balanced', if nothing else you Russian guys on here might find it interesting to see the experiences these guys had and their opinions of your country.

I'm sorry, but I will trust much, much more the opinion of this Brit, ( Tobin Ober is his name) who sits in St. Pete for the last... 27(?) years or so, than any "Reggie Yates" and "Simon Reeve," with their "travel documentaries."
Because it's one thing when you "travel," or simply make money while projecting stereotypes as it's ordered by propaganda machine, and it's another thing when you actually decide to understand the country on a much, much deeper level.

And this of course requires a good knowledge of the language, which it takes years to master. ( This particular person was interested both in Russian and German, so as a student he was planning to deal with Russian first and than to proceed on to Germany, but guess what - he still sits in Russia.

Sort of similar to my story, he left his native town (London in this case ( he underlined that he is from the "Northern part of it," lol ) in his twenties, and lived already most of his life in Russia. Do you think it's because he loves to listen to Putin's propaganda so much?
Or do you seriously think that I AM listening to some "Putin's propaganda" after living in the US most of my life already, when I am saying that Russians do everything correctly at this point while sticking to Putin, as much as I dislike him?
No, obviously some of us simply have much more information, having knowledge from different perspectives and being the true insiders.
And of course we won't believe the official bru-ha-ha, the bottom line delivered to us by all kinds of "travel experts."

I'll go with the real life experience I have had there. Not some bloggers. I saw Russia in stop motion over a period of 14 years. I saw them on their knees and then they got up off their knees, walked and begin to run.

I'll openly say your opinions have little to offer anyone.

You are appealing to a propagandist to learn the truth. They know they post lies on here daily. That is literally their job, or in some cases, their way of seeking revenge for the collapse of the USSR.

Its way better in China. Chinese salaries sailed past Russian in 2014. One is growing, one is declining. Their propaganda has ways of dealing with this (by claiming such nonsense as lower COL in Russia) and deflection and the rest. You're wasting your time unless you are like me and enjoy watching their reaction to truth.

Truth?
What "truth?"
You have a patent on "truth" DKM? Since when?
Since "American economists" were trying to pull a fast one, and to colonize the Russians, with all their sweet songs of the "open market?"
The kind of the "fast one" the Dems are trying to pull in Ukraine too, starting with the "F*ck the EU"?

See, it's not even about the USSR DKM - it's about what happened soon after it, after Russians let their guard down, and decided to trust Americans for a change.
So don't you talk about "truth," unless you are Jesus in disguise, and not some medium caliber propagandist.
