Five posts above from three different people and I can't make sense of any. I'd really like to understand what type of maths and logic youse ones learned in Russian schools. Or maybe I wouldn't........

Reading is the easy part, making sense of what people write is more difficult. Going on your suggested wild goose chase wouldn't work either, because this little contretemps arose only after I posted the NBER paper a few posts back. Maybe you've lost the plot entirely?
US percentages vs Russian nominals makes zero sense to anyone, except someone trying to obfuscate.
What I meant to say is the 2 systems are different enough to make a comparison between the two almost senseless. The way they are run is vastly different.

I would highly suggest you go on that goose chase. You need to explore and learn the subject matter and not rely on just one statement that from what I read is simply the usual, ubiquitous boiler plate propaganda so common in western literature. Since you never have chosen to seek the truth for yourself you wouldn't be capable of recognizing it for what it is.

TVMH is so limited in this he doesn't realize the plot is decades old. The west really needs to change the plot. Im seeing the same jargon and narratives I saw 40 years ago. I know what the plot is before it steps around the corner.
