If we're just talking about geographics, well look at the map, use a ruler and draw some lines.
If we look at it culturally, well obviously the nordic countries like my own is northern europe,
But there is also some kind of cultural kinship with the german speaking countries as well as the netherlands and belgium, and maybe a slight bit with the brits and baltics in different ways.
