I made codfish (gratin), with a sauce(?) consisting of creme fraiché, salt, chopped parsley, French mustard and Västerbotten cheese. In the oven together with that sauce for 20 min. in 200 degrees Celcius. Served with mashed potaoes and bread.

I made cornbread muffins with some of those deli jalapenos. Chopped up a couple of spoonfuls and added it to the batter. Just the kick I was looking for.

making my own version of brunswick stew today using leftover chicken, pork tenderloin and pot roast which we had last night

jello salad with peaches too ripe to eat alone but if I hide it in jello they'll never know the difference
