How do you top your french fries? (cheese, chili, sauce)

I always have sweet and spicy mustard with oven fries/potatoes.

If they are really good fries, like in France, they don't need anything; otherwise, good qualiy ketchup (no high fructose corn syrup).

The local taqueria tops frenchfries with carne asada, guacamole, and crema.

Add some pico de gallo and it makes a great meal.

Mainly Ketchup or Salt. I do eat them plain on occasion though
