The cayenne is cool as it's a subtle kick..doesn't come on too strong, but after a few fries you feel the kick. Does anyone
make their own fries from scratch?

I'm a Heinz 57 girl.

If that's not available, I go for BBQ sauce.

I can't believe so many people have never heard of French fries with mayo! It's the preferred version in many other countries. I think ketchup is an American thing. Wasn't it invented in the US?

Fry sauce, pretty much a regional item. Only in Utah.

I knew I was "home" again last summer, when offered fry sauce for fries when we were on a summer trip in Idaho.

I only eat REAL french fries from potatoes, and a little hot sauce or cholula.

McDonald's makes the best fries! I don't go to McDonald's as often as I would like because I don't want to make a habit out of it, but their fries are incredible. I love reading what people serve fries with and I have to try the Creole seasoning, never even crossed my mind and I've been to New Orleans before.

Ketchup, that animal-style sauce from In-N-Out (or whatever you can it; only if these fries are from In-N-Out, though), or nothing.
