Like em nice and crispy!
The cayenne is cool as it's a subtle kick..doesn't come on too strong, but after a few fries you feel the kick. Does anyone
make their own fries from scratch?
I can't believe so many people have never heard of French fries with mayo! It's the preferred version in many other countries. I think ketchup is an American thing. Wasn't it invented in the US?

Yep, it's the ONLY way I eat em' and hell yeah on the cayenne!
McDonald's makes the best fries! I don't go to McDonald's as often as I would like because I don't want to make a habit out of it, but their fries are incredible. I love reading what people serve fries with and I have to try the Creole seasoning, never even crossed my mind and I've been to New Orleans before.
What do you put on French fries when you eat them? Ketchup? Salt? Vinegar? Something else?
Ketchup, that animal-style sauce from In-N-Out (or whatever you can it; only if these fries are from In-N-Out, though), or nothing.
