I always put salt on my French fries.

For sauces I like mayonaise, sateh (peanut) sauce, "special sauce" (combination of curry ketchup, mayonaise and sliced raw onion) and something we call "American mayonaise" but I don't think it's really American, lol.

I love French fries

At all places except one, ketchup.

At a Bob's Big Boy, a chain that WAS ubiquitous in California and present in some Midwestern states, their own brand of bleu cheese dressing ordered on the side for dipping.

Most of the time, I like french fries with salt and ketchup only. Sometimes I'll switch out the ketchup and use barbecue sauce. YUM!

mmmm..... french fries and cream gravy! Haven't had that the early '90's! Delicious!

Some sort of aioli. Garlic.

Hollandaise which is almost like an aioli.
