If cabbage effects the Mr. like it sometimes does me...........he wont be eating any of that cabbage for some time. LOL
You know Elston yesterday he was feeling a little better but you may have it there because today he was in torture. I just feel guilty I didn't drag him to ER on Sat-but he did protest! One good thing out here is the medical care is the best I have ever encountered.
I don't know all of the new dietary restrictions. I do know corn or anything with a husk is a no no. Sounds like popcorn is a taboo. I'm sure the docs will give you a list to work with. I also think hot and spicy will be off limits. I just hope and pray he does well and you too.
Popcorn-there we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He will not be a happy camper as he hates change. Maybe you all better pray for me!!! LOL
We must hope for a silver lining so that one thing he likes but seldom gets is on his new list of OK to have. I know I don't have what he has but am supposed to be on similar diet. I still get away with soft seeds as in tomatoes and jalapenos. I eat fewer jalapenos than I would like because I need to take precautions too. I've been avoiding sesame seeds as well as poppy seed just in case. So far corn is not giving me grief but I expect it to one day. I even left the jalapenos off my steak tacos tonight as it is my skip the prilosec day. My reward will be a brownie shortly for being good today.
Oh thank you all-the worst is yet to come as he's doesn't adapt to change very well.
