I can't believe it's alread 3:30 pm and I still don't know what I'm making for dinner. To late to try to defrost anything so maybe I'll just fry up some shrimp and french fries tonight. Sounds simple and good.

Southdown, it seems each and every city/state has their special foodie places. It's just finding them. I get a kick out of that show on the Food Network, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives with Guy Fieri. They find some amazing places. Maybe look online at that and get some ideas from that show?!?

I think I could go for just some old fashioned potato sandwiches. Simple and good.

Heating up the chicken cacciatore, some pasta for Mr. L and day will be done.

If I could ask you wonderful people for a prayer for someone anonymous right now it would be greatly appreciated. It's a very, very special friend.
Your friend will be in our prayers!

Just sitting here starving from the smell of the ribs slow cooking. Baked pots are also in slow cooking. Corn for Mr. L, spinach salad for me.

I watch Guy Fieri just for pure torture-it builds character for me to not lick the TV screen.
