I'm having cold sliced chicken from the one I roasted over the weekend,
Button mushrooms sauted in butter and wine,
French bread w artichoke & asiago cheese spread,
A small spinach salad,
A handful of fresh pitted cherries,
Lemonade
And my daily handful of mixed nuts

Default The Agenda - Week of June 9-13

Hi, everyone. This week's offerings at my apartment include beef tamales with refried beans one night. Then I have shrimp skewers with some crab meat in the offing. I'll include some melted butter for a fantastic dipping sauce. And then I have some BBQ pork patties (already frozen), deluxe calzone, and spinach quiche. Thursday night will be at my mother's place. She's going to fix fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, biscuits, green beans, and blueberry cheesecake.

That's it from "Case Central". Bon appetit!

Default What's for dinner tonight???

Well, the other night I cooked up 9 fillets for 6 adults and 2 kids.

The wife bought a tenderloin at Sams for 40 bucks and had them trim off the excess.

I cut 9 steaks out of it because these folks like em' Medium Well! I know. An insult to the chef. But I was able to cut three of them a little thicker in order to get a few on the rarer side.

Beef! It's what's for dinner.
