One of those Oh Yes soups (forgot which one now) and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, hot chocolate.

Met my GF for brunch and we are having the left overs. We each ordered one dish each and shared.

Mochi waffles and mochiko chicken. Divine.
Scones and sausage with eggs. I don't know what sausage that was, but it was superb, plus they glazed the bowl with maple syrup and siracha.
Lilikoi cheesecake pancakes. Not too sweet, more tart and it should be eaten every day.

Had "Mac" & Cheese but used whole wheat penne pasta as the "mac" part.

Threw in lots of broccoli, chicken breast meat, red bell pepper, Mexican 4-cheese-blend shredded cheese and topped it panko bread crumbs wetted with low fat milk.

I guess it was more of a casserole than a Mac & Cheese....

We are having grilled steak, shrimp and veggies, salad and probably mashed potatoes. I don't know if the weather will be nice enough to grill outside, we may have to use the griddler.

It was rainy and ick yesterday, so I came home and fixed up some corned beef hash and eggs for dinner. Tonight will be shwarma-seasoned lamb chops, steamed asparagus and roasted sweet potatoes.

Ham will go in the smoker.
Linguini with cream, mushrooms and ham and a not so big green salad. Perfect comfort food on an unpleasant day. Weather is so bad street lights came on at 8:00 am.
Meaty ham bone, onion, carrot, celery, beans will meet in a crock pot and simmer in the garage for a couple hours. Ham will come off the bone easily (I use food service gloves.). Off to the freezer in 2 cup containers.
Sandwiches for tomorrow's lunch with ham and apple slices as SO has a play date.
The rest gets chopped roughly, added to sautéed onions/mushroom, frozen in 1/2 cup containers as filling for breakfast burritos.
