Yuck to the mold! But, I do get a giggle out of your pepper love.

NomaD-plan B was great. Hate when that happens tho.

My sticky wings were so good and they'll be an encore tomorrow with the rice/onions/garlic and added salsa and black beans.

Night all.

Couscous, with Moroccan stew (lamb, onions, carrots, raisins, garbanzos, cinnamon, cayenne)

Slightly brown the lamb chunks and set aside. Saute onions, then add carrot chunks, raisins, water, lamb, cover and simmer medium a couple hours. Bay leaf and lots of garlic, of course. Adding water as needed and plenty of cinnamon and enough cayenne or black pepper to give it mild zing.. Stir in a can of drained garbanzos and reheat before serving thick over plain couscous.

Sticky wings sound delicious! Would you mind to share the recipe for your marinade?

We had a change of plans. Friends invited us over for dinner and we had chips and guacamole, chicken "tacos" made with grilled chicken, peppers, onions,Horsetooth hot sauce, salsa, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lime, cilantro, and corn tortillas, and some Coronas!!!

Salad with the chicken tomorrow. And it is my last day of work til August...yippee!!
