I think it'll be leftover ham here tonite, too. Annual physical this a.m. whoopee. (Note the lack of enthusiasm.) I'm sure everything will be fine, tho. Soon to follow: the dreaded bloodwork.
Sloppy joes with cheddar cheese slices. Organic alfredo mac n cheese. Bourbon baked beans (okay,okay from the can!) and some steamed spinach. Kind of a hodgepodge dinner but everyone was starving and it was delicious!!
Wow, you sure broke easy - didn't have to use any harsh tactics on you or anything! LOL

Leftovers for us tonight. The jerk chicken was terrific - will make fresh rice, beans, etc today. Not sure what's on tap for the rest of the week, though.
