I'm moving to Maine, It's a far cry from where I am now (TN) and where I grew up (CA) but I've wanted to move there for years. I'll likely move summer of 2015 as I need to finish school first. The certificate program I'm in lends istelf to a job that can be done from home so I can pretty much move wherever I want.
Now to start paring down on my belongings. I know I've got a year to do so but you never can start too early.
Today my son and I sorted out his toybox and put together two bags of donations. WOOT! I also got rid of a bureau, futon, and shelf unit on Craigslist that they are picking up tonight. Feeling productive!
I'm trying to figure out Maine myself lol. I've only heard good things about it and I just feel a pull to live there.
I love Maine. We used to go a lot when I was a kid because my mother had relatives there. My husband & I go from time to time but for the past couple of years, we have been going every year. We are planning another trip there this summer.
Went through some boxes of family photos, etc. today.
