Krystal's is absolutely disgusting. You have to be three sheets to the wind to even remotely find it edible. Good Riddance

I thought that's what it was built for. Drive thru lines wrapped around the building after midnight when the clubs close. At least that's the way it was in Knoxville when I lived there. LOL. Always thought the Greenville Krystal closed too early and could have picked up a lot of drive thru business in the overnight hours.

Pier 1 store closing list has leaked. Looks like the only stores closing in SC are Harbison Blvd in Columbia and the one in Greenwood.

I tried Krystal's once and found it horrible. The "meat" if that's what it was...was spongy like and strange tasting. I actually spit out and could not eat it. I wondered how long they would last with food tasting like that...

Looks like they closed nearly 40 locations and filed for bankruptcy. Never tried them.

That shopping center next to Magnolia Park is emptying. Dress Barn, AC Moore and now Bar Louie. Someone posted previously Sears Outlet may be closing eventually too.

It feels like Woodruff Rd is a victim of its own success. Everyone I know tries to avoid it because of the traffic, and yet the traffic seems to only get worse. Despite all the traffic, businesses are not doing well because its too hard for people to get to them. I'd like to think that fewer businesses will eventually reduce some of the traffic, but I'm just not sure.

Traffic will never decline because the 385-85 interchange is too critical for all the newest housing areas. There may be a shift back to Laurens Road after all the Verdae area is rebuilt and the Swamp Rabbit Trail extends south to ICAR. But even then it's hard to see how it will balance against regional population growth.
