One of the small urban Targets with health/beauty, technology, home items and online order pickup would be nice. I would imagine whatever retailer goes there will not be allowed much grocery because Publix probably has it in their lease that they are the sole grocer in that complex.

There is a center in DT Knoxville very similar to McBee Station with a Publix and a small Walmart that carries non grocery merch only I believe.

Default Ryan's #2101, 2426 Laurens Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29607-3814

Ryan's is effectively no more. Any other location that remains open will close before the year ends.

Doesn't say if any area Ruby Tuesday's will close. 95 underperforming will close of over 700 locations total.

If it is.. I wouldn't expect that building to stay vacant too long.
