wondering what will replace it as the Publix next door is always busy
One of the small urban Targets with health/beauty, technology, home items and online order pickup would be nice. I would imagine whatever retailer goes there will not be allowed much grocery because Publix probably has it in their lease that they are the sole grocer in that complex.
There is a center in DT Knoxville very similar to McBee Station with a Publix and a small Walmart that carries non grocery merch only I believe.
Not surprising. I suspect the one in Simpsonville will be on the list.
If it is.. I wouldn't expect that building to stay vacant too long.
