Zaxby's has never been fast to begin with supposedly because they cook the food fresh but their competitors like Magoo's and Raising Canes need a bunch of upstate locations in order to make a dent in Zax business. Zax has it covered with a lot of locations here.
I waffle on Zaxby's. I've done online ordering and showed up 20 minutes later and been sitting waiting for 20 minutes.
Their plates are kinda a horrible value.. But, the family packs aren't bad. $30 for 20 tenders and fries.. In today's world, that's.. Not horribly bad.
Their salads.. Not the greatest. I much prefer Chick-Fil-A on those.

I must honestly admit. After trying Magoo's, I actually like Zaxby's flavor more.
Anyone knows if Outback steakhouse is still coming to the old Ruby Tuesday in Simpsonville? Saw some work going around there the other day I drove by.
Who knows at this point? It has sat so long since the rumor was started, actually last year when I first heard it. Ive recently heard it was a dead deal, but if it still comes, maybe it will bring Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse with it.

Update at 4:00. We went by the new location about 1:00. The large parking was completely full. People everywhere trying to get their fix. We will try again next week.
Sushi Kingdom now open in the former Bar Louie in strip mall next to Regal Cinemas @ Magnolia Park.
Also Buy Buy Baby now in the former AC Moore (same center)
J Crew Factory Store coming to Green Ridge across from Marshall's and Ross. Work continues on the new Burlington @ Green Ridge in the former Buy Buy Baby Space.
Target remodel ongoing at Woodruff Road and remodel of Simpsonville store underway. Signage on Simpsonville store is gone for exterior work and temporary restrooms trailer set up in parking lot next to store.

Anybody try Sushi Kingdom yet? I like sushi, but don't get a chance to dine on it that often. The AYCE price seems a bit steep at $28 unless you are a big eater, or is that reasonable?
I believe the new Burger King in Mauldin is now open.
The new Jersey's Mike in Simpsonville is open. It's on the right side of the Food Lion shopping center at 14 and Main next to Great Clips, Joy of Tokyo, Donuts, etc.
Bring back Boston Market, Quiznos, Fazolis, Bob Evan’s, Etc. The new stuff sucks.
