Anyone know what the land is being cleared for next to Quik Trip on Woodruff Road across from Walmart?

I seriously hope this isn't the case. I mean there's that duck car wash across the street that I don't believe does very well. I honestly wish this was the spot they were putting the Five Below store so we didn't have to trek through the traffic to get to Greenridge.
There's a sign for a coming Spinx on the empty lot across from Aldi on S. Pleasantburg.
That's been there for some time. It think that's just a banner advertising Spinx Carwashes. I have seen similar others throughout town. Not sure if they own that property or not but there is already a Spinx just across the 85 bridge there with an adjoining Burger King.
