I expect to see more Burger King locations close. Combinations of increased competition and decline in service, quality and value factor into store closing decisions.

Yes I know the Burger King has permanently closed. I was just commenting about what may be coming next at that location. No news yet. But a Cook-Out would be a good feasible choice, although less likely I would like to see a Popeyes or Roy Rogers as well.

Well, I guess I am not the first who thinks a Cook-Out should go into Burger King's former location. I will not be surprised if and when this happens.

There is a significant difference between "your" and "you are." How do I hope you get "you are" wish?

Glad to see that Powdersville is getting a Chick-Fil-A. It will relieve some of the congestion in Easley on Hwy 123, especially during Clemson football season.

So is this dispute finally over? I heard there was still an ongoing landlord issue.
