we will copy Vegas and put a Roller Coaster on top of Chase Tower. Now that would be awesome

There are tons to do in Vegas other than Casinos and Night Clubs.
There are the coasters, there is the water Gardens at Flamingo, There is the extreme Shopping Centers, there is the M&M and Coca Cola stores, there are the buffets, there are helicopter rides over the skyline.
There is so much potential to squeeze out a buck from adults, if you give them a reason to be there.

I would make it more like Downtown Vegas/ Freemont Street rather than the strip though. I would rather not have the big thoroughfare cutting through the district with 6 lanes of traffic. I would set it up so that you can walk around the district easily but not interrupted by cars. Like this:

Theme park, I miss astroworld. I don't need a casino to gamble, and if I wanted to go to a casinio I would go to vegas.

Why not something like Atlantis. They have the casinos for the adults and the water park for the kids.

How about Space Disney! Seriously, Houston has got to find a way to leverage NASA somehow. Everyone loves space and Epcot Center at Disney World is a lot of fun. Why not create Space Disney? It would make the park unique. If I was a kid and just wanted to go to a normal Disney resort I would have much more fun going to Orlando then Houston. You have to make it unique and different. Space Disney!!!!
