NY will mess this up.
That's not quite accurate....65+ was eligible, in NY State, as far back as the middle of January. I'm 68, and after a 3 week wait, after registering for an appointment, my wife and I got our first doses 2 weeks ago.

I was being sarcastic about the years. Not about NY messing up though.
At this point it seems like I know more people that have been vaccinated than those that are not. Doesn't seem that hard to get an appointment and whatever kinks there may have been a month ago have been ironed out (or at least most of them).
50 and up started today and I got an appointment for tomorrow at the Old Westbury location. Took a bit of time this morning to get it, but done!
