In people under 50, the unvaccinated are more likely to die and much, more likely to be infected.

Also, in a cowardly, dumb move, Los Angeles is moving the deadline to December 18th. I could tolerate a minor delay, but almost two months almost guarantees another local surge. Terrible mayor we have.

I was vaccinated and caught Covid within 4 months of my vaccination.

Over 3,000 members of the LAPD have sought religious or personal exemptions....that isn't exactly "a few."

The delay is the entire LA municipal mandate. Therefore, it's probably over 10,000 government employees who won't be fully vaccinated by winter. Terrible for the city.

Would you like it if I said you can only drive a specific car? Speaking of, driving is a privilege. It's not a right. Comparing them to vaccine is a false equivalency. Courts are just people, and many of them are bribed or corrupt. That is why the constitution is king. We don't follow a judge -- we fight to protect the freedom that founding fathers earned for us. There is nothing in our constitution that says we should become like China and give up the rights to our body to the government or big pharma. Perhaps you would love it in China, but those of us who are real Americans see the danger in what you're arguing.

Bottom line here, the mandates are going to fail. They are not laws, and all they do is destroy the economy and pit us against each other.

You seem to think all this is my personal opinion. Its not. Its established law in this country. Read these citations and than get back to me with something more than "your personal opinion" about the constitutionality of vaccine mandates. Really its getting quite old. You keep preaching about a "right" the courts say you don't have.

Actually I strongly suspect that the argument will be that these cases won’t apply.

Whatever, it’s all premature as cases are barely starting to work their case through court.
