Not me, I was able to gut/ renovate a bathroom for $20K just a couple years ago. It's not a huge bathroom either. I purchased all the tile directly for the job from the tile shop myself so there was no contractor markup on that. I also hired a tile guy who's job was specifically to do the floor and the walk in tiled shower. Then I hired a plumber to to the hookups of the new vanity sink faucet and shower head, toilet. Then a carpenter/handyman to install the baseboard trim work and paint. If you don't mind being your own general contractor and know good trades people who can do each job it works out better financially. Since I work from home I have time for that but I realize not everyone does.

No. I said I financed a new 50k car at 3.49% and put the cash in a savings account earning more than that and he said I was lying about both things. So I simply defended myself from his attack by posting the link to the bank with the loan rate and screenshot to prove I wasn't lying. But I guess you guys would have been happier thinking I was lying? Weird.

Right, so why is it so hard to believe someone has 50k in a savings account if it's not very helpful?

That M5 clutch still kicking your a$$?
You did say that, it's in the thread and you're calling the screenshot fake again. Go reverse image search it, it doesn't exist anywhere else.

What's an M5 have to do with anything? You've never driven one.

Not sure but someone didn't believe you.

And that's why I posted the screenshot... Wasn't to brag. I don't consider it a large amount, as you said you can't even buy a house with that much.

Jay and his crew are a good bunch. They've gotten high school kids to help them out as well.
