It is. But whatever. Assuming it is not. So what's your solution? Or do you not care?

ive already made it clear, my solution is to let businesses decide on their own whether or not they will open.

We might meet the standards to open, but the US as a whole simply does not have a good enough response to do anything safely rn. Again. Your solution to you is your way or the highway. My opinion is that it is too early to safely reopen. But as long as social distancing and wearing masks and contact tracing improves, I would agree that things should open. Your opinion seems to be "I'm more important and only my opinion is correct." Go find me a study that says your opinion is even the most widely shared one, let alone the right one.

lol!

And how does that guarantee that children don't get taken by DCF?

Ok well then I really don't know how to speak to someone who lacks a single ounce of empathy. There literally might be something wrong you if you think it's totally fine that thousands of children could end up in foster care.

It's his MO. Some of us put him on ignore to preserve what's left of our sanity.

I mean I agree with him sometimes especially when it comes to the US acting as the world police and invading everyone while using my tax dollars, but tbh I think this one totally 100% crossed the line. I've never heard of someone so lacking in empathy that they wouldn't bat an eye at parents being forced to choose between keeping their kids and becoming homeless and starving.

I get it too; but I have zero bandwidth for cruelty of any kind any more. Life's too short (and could get shorter) .
