Covid19, taxes -- two issues that are doing nothing to help Jack Chit.
He's also (wisely) steered clear of gun control.
Jack could've made minor inroads if he hammered Murphy on the DMV, but he hasn't.

Also...

He’s greatly increased pension payments, as Actuaries have told us for years is vital to improving the state's credit rating. And, as a result our credit rating has improved. He also reduced expenditures for health insurance for state employees, thus saving millions of $$.

He has signed bills to increase the minimum wage, cut taxes for the working poor, eliminate state income tax liability for most retirees (like me!), and to expand paid family leave. Because of him, anyone with an AGI of $65k or less can attend any of the county colleges free of charge.

He has also invested state funds to improve two ports in South Jersey, and to subsidize the construction of a nearby factory where components for wind turbines will be built. Both of these initiatives will add hundreds of jobs for low-skilled workers, and as a result this is the first good news for the frequently-ignored Southern part of the state in a very long time.

Lot of pros you listed... Mostly for state employees and former state employees collecting pensions.

What about the rest of us folks?

Only the first thing on her list pertained to state employees. But it covers anyone with a pension it is not only state pensions. Lots of current retirees have private company pensions. The other things in the list apply to “rest of us”.
