I can assure you that is not true the building is fully finished.

I'm living in the building for over a month so yeah that's not true.
I was called yesterday and told our file has been taken off the "back-up" list and I need to submit more paperwork - ugh and they are calling today to schedule a unit visit. I will believe it when they call. Just going with the flow here.
