My interview was about 2 weeks ago. Agent told me that we are highly preference. They stated something about municipal and community. My log is around 5xxxxs AMIs between 120% and 130%. I pray that we get this apartment. Just wondering how the units look inside or floor plan. Also we asked around and they stated that building will be finish > 2 months. <(^__^<)

Do you work for the city? If you live in the CB and also work for the NYC then you have a double preference.
I wish they'd let us know what the time-line is for this project. Wonder what the floor plans are like too.
