The management I was told but you can double ask to reconfirm also we are supposed to have access to the bike room . And that’s not available with along with Amazon hub lockers that’s not Available also .

I spoke with someone that works for HPD & Was told because they offered that during the application process they can not just take it back & also the "amazon hub" lockers are your normal package lockers. Those were the things that made me excited about the building

Speak to management, if you have not moved in yet call management and confirm your questions that would give you a better insight to things

For people already living in the building I saw on the lease “At least 80% of the floor area of each Apartment (other than the floor area of the kitchen and bathrooms) shall be covered with rugs and/or carpeting.”

Just wanted to see how many have actually done this ?
