Got a notification that my package was just delivered went downstairs no package. Is someone stealing packages from by the mailboxes.....unbelievable!
I truly believe someone is stealing packages. The delivery service took a photo of where the package was left and there is nothing there. I asked the super and they don’t have anything either. My next step is to file a police report and request camera footage since management doesn’t want to be held responsible. This is like the third time this happens to me. It was clearly left in front of my mail box. This is so unfair.
It keeps happening so there’s definitely a thief waiting for deliveries...either tenant or worker....and they’re moving really fast scooping up other people packages btw there’s no storage room in the west building just the bike room and why someone move a package to the bike room that have nothing to do with them?!

I emailed the company I ordered from, I also emailed the delivery service because I feel they should be using the bell! And I emailed the management office to let them know as a community something should be done to prevent this. Our buildings are brand new. We have a beautiful mail room... this should be something happening man.

Yes i believe so I had a package stolen first week I moved in(a tv)
